BlueTree offers a 24-hour operations center that monitors and maintains key services.

The service may include total responsibility for the IT environment. This is suitable for SMBs and Enterprise companies that lack the technical and resource capacity to maintain the IT environment themselves. The service can also consist of a simple help desk, where you implement ITIL step by step, as the business develops.

BlueTree also offers a "Powered by" network operations center to other IT vendors.

The operations center solves larger and smaller challenges for end customer's or third-party supplier. When reporting incidents, you go straight to second-line support, and are taken care of by solution-oriented consultants with over 10 years of experience in remote and on-site support.

All consultants, whether they have 10 years of experience or more, undergo continuous further development and have their own mentors. In this way, BlueTree ensures that the expertise is maintained and updated on the threat landscape at all times.

Here customers can, among other things:

Network Operations Center as a Service (NOCaaS)

Network Operations Center as a service, is an service where BlueTree handles the management, monitoring, analysis and security of a network. It is suitable for SMB's and Enterprise companies that lack the capacity and technical expertise to maintain their infrastructure.

NOCaaS enables third-party providers who do not have a network operations center themselves to offer their end customers a "Powered by" service from BlueTree, using BlueTree's already established NOC services.

BlueTree offers two different "Powered by" NOCaaS service agreements to IT providers

Network as a service (NaaS)

The NaaS service allows the end customer to use local area network (LAN) as a service. The LAN includes the wired and wireless infrastructure the customer needs to connect their endpoints (computers, servers, printers, IP phones, cameras, etc.).

BlueTree takes over the total responsibility for maintenance, updates and security, for troubleshooting and customer support at SLA - where all equipment and all licenses are included. The agreement is for 1, 3, 5 and 7 years.

The service is subscription-based with one fixed monthly price for the end customer to relate to, regardless of the degree of event handling and maintenance. As a BlueTrees customer, you receive a kick-back based on the contribution margin to the value of the agreement at start-up, as well as a kick-back for change management and extensions along the way.

Network operation as a service (NOPaaS)

The NOPaaS service allows the end customer to use local area network (LAN) as a service. The LAN includes the wired and wireless infrastructure the customer needs to connect their endpoints (computers, servers, printers, IP phones, cameras, etc.).

BlueTree takes over total responsibility for maintenance, updates and security, for troubleshooting and customer support - where all equipment and all licenses can be delivered as CAPEX or leasing. BlueTree can also operate the customer's own equipment.

The service gives the end customer the opportunity to discuss and approve network design, devices and issue PO's when procuring equipment from any supplier. The customer pays a monthly price for maintenance and monitoring, in addition to, if necessary, various start-up and time based rates on event prioritization.

As a BlueTrees customer you receive a kick-back based on the contribution to the value of the agreement at start-up, as well as kick-back for event and change management and extensions along the way.
